The service supports teams with existing scan data or other point cloud sources who need help using those materials in CAD, GIS or technical documentation. Collaboration is remote, with formats and processing scope agreed before work begins.
What the service includes
- Review of files, point density, units and coverage.
- Data organisation and division into manageable areas.
- Cleaning of unwanted points according to the material and brief.
- Classification review or processing where included in scope.
- Feature extraction and terrain products according to data suitability.
What we need to get started
Send a description and, if possible, a sample LAS/LAZ file or the format available. We need the scan source, coordinate reference, units, existing classes, covered area and desired product. For large volumes, an appropriate transfer method is agreed separately from the initial contact form.
Scope and limitations
DTM and DSM represent different products: bare-earth terrain and the surface including above-ground features. The choice depends on purpose and data. We do not promise a complete terrain model where vegetation, coverage or classification prevents it.
